images that stimulates memories

For years I have seen things, had thoughts and remembered events. Sometimes they seem to come in no apparent order and follow no linear timeline. I don't know if it's always been that way, but after years of making images; mostly photographs, drawings, and prints. I have found a way to merge the images together. They feel oddly familiar like, I've seen them before, experienced in the moment.  Are these dreams made manifest or composites of my experiences?  Maybe a bit of both.  Notation from Gridville 2017 ink, drawing, print on paper mounted on canvas 15 1/2" X 20" About the process The images are run through MAX, then through a capture button. the images are then processed through Photo shop, separated into CMYK black and white positives, and then printed by hand using a process that could be compared to hand lithography. The prints are then mounted onto canvas, hand colored then sealed with matte medium.

After leaving Chicago, and moving to Kenosha WI. I thought how is this going to work.  Last week Marilyn and I  drove to Chicago to pick up Anchor Graphic's portable etching press. We have it on a 5-year loan from Columbia College Chicago. We intend to use the Press for  Center for Collaborative Research  programs. and with Kenosha Creative Space activities. It's a  golden  opportunity to resurrect our POW(Press On Wheels)outreach programs.  If  anyone has a van they want to donate let us know. Meanwhile, while the Kenosha Creative Space gets underway Family photos: Marilyn in an ancient forest in Ireland, 2015.  Notice the Stones in the background we were told those stones were the remnants of an ancient village. They are slowly being reclaimed by the forest.
