March 16th 2014 I wonder and may never know  what Stephen hears, sees, or feels. We are linked by birth,  space and time. What do you hear, see and feel?

Spinning Tires

Let's see it's been about 3-4 years since I was phased out and eliminated.  I've tried not to take it personal,  but when I turn around I notice I don't cast a shadow anymore. Looking for a start. Everything in me screams be still, stay, sit.   I've tried not to take it personal,  But when I look up, I see people standing over me, smiling,  dumping dirt from rusty, used shovels. I think I'm glued to the starting blocks,  the starting gun is poised to fire.  Or is it that I'm running in place,  while everyone else passes by. I've tried not to take it personal,  I can't be the only person who feels this way from time to time. dammit it IS personal!
