Was it 2015 or 2016 that I decided to process film again after years of not touching Black & White film. Gently rock, turn, and tap the processing tank once every minute for however many minutes was recommended. I misplaced the notes. The state of being at a moments notice, I am finding my way back. The World is Our Garbage Can Found 4 rolls of film that I had developed right after moving to Kenosha from Chicago. The film has sat in the back of a shelf, I discovered it last night. I scanned some of the negatives to see what I had found. Because of this discovery, I am going back to film. It slows me down and requires my presence. Another realization- I always seem to take photographs of litter, garbage, broken things. I realized that I never pick up the stuff. An interesting project will be to photograph and then pick up the messes and then re-photograph again.
